What is the return policy?
- We accept returns within seven days after you receive your order. It applies to both local and international orders.
- Size exchanges are only applicable for the same design.
- We only accept unworn, unaltered, and still in their original state and packaging, for return and/or exchange.
- Customers are advised to notify us first at [email protected] by quoting the order number and product details for processing purposes. (Failure to acknowledge will cause the return and/or exchange to be invalid).
- We reserve the right to not proceed with the return of products or refund of any transactions even though the condition above is met.
- Remember if you cheat, we don’t bae you anymore.
